Indicating Medical Rehabilitation in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (in the Context of Disease Management Programmes)

Abstract: EinleitungDas Gesetz zur Reform des Risikostrukturausgleichs in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (GKV) ist seit dem 1.1.2002 in Kraft. Es empfiehlt die Entwicklung strukturierter Behandlungsprogramme (Disease Management Programmes, DMPs) bei chronischen Krankheiten und normiert deren Anforderungen und Ausgestaltung.
