Increasing the efficiency of film solar cells based on cadmium telluride

Abstract: Виконано аналіз втрат в вихідних параметрах сонячних елементів на основі телуриду кадмію, які зумовлені особливостями конструкції приладової структури і фотоелектричними процесами, які відбуваються в її об'ємі при поглинанні світла.
