Importance of Supervisory Social Support and its Implications for HRD in Thailand

Abstract: Social support is one of the important characteristics needed for supervisors in Thailand. This article has two purposes. The first is to explore the definition of supervisory social support and important research findings in Thailand, and second, to provide recommendations for human resource development (HRD) study and practice in Thailand.
