Implikasi Job Insecurity Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Intention to Leaven to Leave

Abstract: Pegawai yang menjalani penugasan di lembaga baru akan merasakan job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja yang berbeda dibandingkan tempat kerja sebelumnya. Kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity dapat mempengaruhi keinginan berpindah pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keinginan berpindah.
