The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work skill, work spirit, work satisfaction, and employee performance in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Kendal; and to AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal; serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Kendal. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 22. Analisis ini meliputi uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji statistik melalui uji T test , F test , serta koefisien determinasi (R 2 ), uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil uji T test menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F test menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, semangat kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 50,9%; sisanya 49,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model ini.
The purpose of this study is to specify whether spirituality, age, and tenure have an effect on organizational commitment and to determine whether the moderating variables, i.e. dual career family worker, moderates the effect of spirituality, age, and tenure on organizational commitment. The samples of the study were 90 staffs and lecturers of three educational institutions under Indonesian Journal of Islam and Muslim Societies Vol. 7, no.2 (2017), pp. 277-304, doi : 10.18326/ijims.v7i2. 277-304 278 IJIMS, Indonesian Journal of Islam and Muslim Societies, Volume 7, Number 2, December 2017: 277-304 the Ministry of Religious Affairs located in Central Java. They were IAIN Surakarta, IAIN Salatiga, and MTsN 1 Surakarta. The research used Moderated Regression Analysis to analyze the data. The results showed that spirituality and tenure positively affect organizational commitment and dual career family worker moderated the effect of spirituality and tenure on organizational commitment. Dual career family worker in this study can be categorized as a quasi-moderation variable.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah spiritualitas, usia, dan masa jabatan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan untuk menentukan apakah dual career family worker sebagai variabel moderasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh spiritualitas, usia, dan masa jabatan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 90 karyawan dan dosen sebagai sampel dari tiga institusi pendidikan di bawah Kementerian Agama di Jawa Tengah: IAIN Surakarta, IAIN Salatiga, dan MTsN 1 Surakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas dan masa jabatan secara positif mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan dual career family worker sebagai variabel moderasi mampu memoderasi spiritualitas dan masa jabatan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Dual career family worker dalam penelitian ini dimasukkan sebagai variabel moderasi kuasi.
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of TQM and performance in BMT Youth Welfare as well as to determine the effect of TQM on performance in BMT Youth Welfare. Methods of data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to employees of BMT Youth Welfare. Samples is taken as many as 85 respondents by random sampling technique. The data obtained and analyzed using SPSS version 18. This analysis includes test reliability, validity, regression, statistical test through t-test, F-test well as the determinant coefficient (R2) and classical assumptions test. T-test test results showed that the obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. F-test test showed an obsession with quality, scientific approach, education and training, freedom of control, involvement and empowerment of employees simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees with effect as of sisianya 89.3% 10.7% influenced by other variables outside the model. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan BMT Taruna Sejahtera. Sampel Jurnal MuqtasidAbdul Aziz Nugraha Pratama, Fira Nur Maghfiroh yang diambil sebanyak 85 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 18. Analisis ini meliputi uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji regresi berganda, uji statistik melalui uju T test, F test serta koefisien determinan (R 2 ) dan uju asumsi klasik. Hasil uji T test menunjukan bahwa obsesi terhadap kualitas, pendekatan ilmiah, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kebebasan terkendali, keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. UJi F test menunjukan obsesi terhadap kualitas, pendekatan ilmiah, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kebebasan terkendali, keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar sebesar 89,3% sisianya 10,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model ini.
This study aims to determine the effect of each variable spirituality, intellect, and professionalism of the lecturers performance STAIN Salatiga. The population of this study are all tenured State Institute of Islamic Studies (STAIN) Salatiga as many as 107 people. The sampling technique used in this study using simple random sampling and 65 were taken as respondents. With quantitative methods and analysis techniques that use moderated regression analysis (MRA), it can be concluded that (1) spirituality is partially not significantly affect the performance of the faculty; (2) the partial intellect does not significantly affect the performance of the faculty; (3) professionalism partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the lecturer. (4) spirituality, intellect and professionalism of lecturers jointly affect the performance of the lecturer. The study also found that the majority of respondents aged very productive, but they are staying at very far away from the campus. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel Spiritualitas, Intelektualitas, dan Profesionalisme terhadap Kinerja Dosen STAIN Salatiga. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Salatiga sebanyak 107 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dan diambil 65 sebagai responden. Dengan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis yang menggunakan moderated regression analysis (MRA), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) spiritualitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja para dosen; (2) intelektualitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja para dosen; (3) profesionalisme secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. (4) Spiritualitas, intelektualitas dan profesionalisme dosen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa responden mayoritas berusia sangat produktif, namun bertempat tingal tinggal sangat jauh dari kampus
This study aims to examine the effect of customer intimacy, promotion, and Islamic brand image on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Godean 3 with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Godean 3. The samples taken are 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Then the results obtained are processed with SPSS version 22. The results show that customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 23.8% and a significance of <5%. Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 1.9% and a significance >5%. Islamic brand image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 35.3% and a significance of <5%. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 47.7% and a significance <5%. Customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 64.0% and a significance of <5%. %. Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 1.4% and a significance >5%. Islamic brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 91.0% and a significance of <5%. Satisfaction is not able to mediate customer intimacy on loyalty with a t count of 39.495% < t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%. Satisfaction is not able to mediate promotion of loyalty with a t count of 39.103% < t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%. Satisfaction is able to mediate Islamic brand image on loyalty with t count of 419.041% > t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%.
This study aims to answer the effect of work pressure, job insecurity and workplace favouritism on the turnover intention with taqwa as moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT Metinca Prima Industrial Works Salatiga. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using an interval scale of 1-10 to 127 workers PT Metinca Prima Industrial Works Salatiga. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis shows that work pressure has no significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity does not affect turnover intention. Workplace favouritism has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work pressure, job insecurity and workplace favouritism have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of work pressure on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention. Taqwa can moderate the effect of workplace favouritism on turnover intention.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki oleh pasien yang pernah terpapar Covid-19 di Desa Pringkuku Kecamatan Pringkuku Kabupaten Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Harvard Test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Subjek penelitian adalah warga Desa Pringkuku Kecamatan Pringkuku Kabupaten Pacitan yang pernah terpapar COVID 19. Sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 13 orang yang bersedia untuk melakukan tes kebugaran jasmani.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki oleh pasien yang pernah terpapar Covid-19 di Desa Pringkuku berada pada kategori cukup. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil penelitian, sebanyak 10 responden (77%) responden memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang cukup serta 3 responden (23%) diantaranya memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Sedangkan untuk keluhan yang dirasakan, mereka tidak memiliki keluhan yang berarti atau bisa juga dibilang mereka dalam keadaan sehat.
