The purpose of this study was to improve the vocabulary skills of grade 3 students at SDN Kincang 02 Jiwan by applying the Role Play Technique. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cycle model that is carried out repeatedly and continuously. The subjects of this study were 19 students in grade 3 and the object was thematic learning for grade 3 students at SDN Kincang 02 Jiwan. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in students' language and communication skills. Students' language and communication abilities can improve student learning outcomes and abilities have an impact on student learning completeness from the average score on the initial student data which is 59.64 and has a learning mastery of 57.14% and at the end of the first cycle the average value of students becomes 67.86 with learning completeness to 71.43% and at the end of the second cycle the average value of students rose to 75 with student completeness reaching 92.2%. Apart from increasing learning outcomes, student activity in the learning process in class has also increased. The conclusion from this research is that the role play technique can have a positive effect on student achievement in thematic learning activities for grade 3 students at SDN Kincang 02. The findings in this study are that students have started to dare to ask questions and respond to questions from the teacher by understanding interviews and writing down a list of questions to conduct interviews

Pelatihan pembelajaran aktif yang didasarkan pada model experiential learning mutlak diperlukan untuk berhasil menerapkan pembelajaran aktif di sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran aktif di kelas adalah sesuatu yang seharusnya dapat digunakan peserta setelah pengalaman ini, menggunakan makna sentral yang mereka pelajari dengan cara yang unik bagi kreativitas mereka sendiri (eksperimen aktif). Kami diberi pelatihan untuk memulai, dan kemudian kami diberi dukungan untuk membuat kami terus melanjutkan. Analisis tes pembelajaran mesin yang baik dan perbandingan skor sebelum dan sesudah tes memungkinkan kita untuk menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembelajaran aktif dengan penekanan pada model pembelajaran aktif berguna untuk meningkatkan pengajaran yang efektif di sekolah dasar. Temuan ini dapat didukung oleh fakta bahwa tes dilakukan. Fasilitator menawarkan pendampingan kepada pendidik selama tahap evaluasi dan tindak lanjut agar pembelajaran aktif dapat diterapkan secara efektif di dalam kelas. Guru yang telah menerima laporan mentoring merasa lebih percaya diri menggunakan strategi langsung yang menarik yang mendorong partisipasi siswa.

Although regulations regarding child-friendly school policies have been made by the government since 2014. However, the reality is that we often find cases of violence against children in educational institutions covered by social media. Cases of violence that often occur in educational institutions include physical violence, sexual violence, and psychological violence. In this study, researchers were very interested and wanted to research teacher strategies for preventing acts of violence through child-friendly school programs. This aims to map teacher strategies from the results of research on child-friendly schools that have been conducted by several previous researchers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of a literature review or literature study. It is hoped that the results of this strategy mapping can be put to good use in the future by educational institutions in Indonesia to implement a child-friendly school program. The results of the study show that educational institutions that have implemented a child-friendly school program have tried to follow the rules by the six standard indicators set by the government. Teachers are required to carry out fun learning, invite students to actively participate, also provide more educational punishments if students make mistakes. Several educational institutions are also innovating by creating literacy activities, clean Fridays, strengthening character education, creating educational content for children through social media, and providing counseling services that students and parents can access.
