Impaired endometrial receptivity in primary infertility in women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia and hereditary thrombophilia

Abstract: uCTD and HT and especially their concurrence are commonly a concomitant disease and risk factors for infertility in women due to impaired endometrial receptivity. In uCTD, connective tissue remodeling processes are substantially retarded, which ultimately leads to increased processes of endometrial stromal sclerosis, reduced endometrial receptivity, and infertility. The most pronounced morphological and immunophenotypical changes have been ascertained to develop in the uCTD + NT group. The findings may be used… Show more

“…Zanozin et al (36) have shown that fibrosis tissue remodeling is essentially blocked in fibrosis tissue disease, resulting in increased endometrial stromal sclerosis, decreased endometrial receptivity, and infertility. Currently, avb3 is one of the strongest evidences of endometrial receptivity markers (37).…”

“…Endometrial receptivity is a key factor in embryo implantation. Decreased endometrial receptivity was found in patients with IUAs due to fibrosis tissue 22 . CE had a close relationship with IUAs, in which the formation of fibrosis tissue was one of the main clinical characteristics.…”

“…Decreased endometrial receptivity was found in patients with IUAs due to fibrosis tissue. 22 CE had a close relationship with IUAs, in which the formation of fibrosis tissue was one of the main clinical characteristics. Lower expression of ανβ3, a strong-evidence marker of endometrial receptivity, was found in patients with both IUAs and CE.…”
