“…The sources used are official organs that collect and systematize educational, population, and labor data (INEP, IBGE, RAIS), official legislation of the states, annals and other records of congresses and forums, as well as reports and opinions produced by unions and the judiciary related to the theme. In the process of analyzing the data obtained, the theoretical basis was made up of authors who study the condition of the teaching professional, especially those who study policies of valorization of professionals with precarious bonds and discuss the social character of these actors such as PEREZ (1994), OLIVEIRA(2004OLIVEIRA( , 2008, FONTANA (2008), SOUZA (2011) among others, as well as authors who discuss the transformations of labor relations in a context of contemporary capitalism, for example CASTEL (2012) and, fundamentally the authors who discuss the construction of the concept of precarity/precarization as LINHART (2009LINHART ( ,2013, CINGOLANI (2014CINGOLANI ( , 2019. Among the research findings, it is worth pointing out the completion of a survey of all the legislation that regulates the teaching work in its temporary form in the Brazilian state networks and a survey of the current framework of teachers working in these education networks in the period defined by the research (2007)(2008)(2009)(2010)(2011)(2012)(2013)(2014)(2015)(2016)(2017).…”
