The goal of this study was to see what effect locus of control and self-confidence had on the prosocial behavior and religiosity of students at State Islamic University Datokarama. The methodology employed was quantitative. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation, which was done with SPSS for Windows version 17. This study covered four variables, consisting of two independent variables and two dependent variables, namely locus of control (X1) and self-confidence (X2) as independent factors and prosocial behavior (Y1) and religiosity (Y2) as dependent variables, with a total of 30 students as samples. The Likert scale was utilized as the instrument or data-gathering tool by the researcher. (1) Locus of control has a considerable effect on IAIN Palu students' prosocial conduct. People with an internal locus of control contributed to their competency by exercising environmental control. (2) The locus of control variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' religiosity. The man diligently followed his religious teachings and commitments. (3) The self-confidence variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' prosocial conduct. Prosocial behavior is defined as behavior that demonstrates a student's concern and attention through acts that help others. (4) The self-confidence variable had a substantial effect on IAIN Palu students' religiosity. Their acts were free of concern. They were free to do anything they wanted, were accountable for their acts, and were courteous in their relationships with others.

Sulitnya meningkatkan karakter kerja keras belajar pada diri seseorang dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh, dengan meningkatkan upaya kerja keras dalam belajar dapat memberikan dampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran spesifik mengenai pengaruh kerja keras terhadap hasil belajar fisika melalui materi dinamika rotasi dan kesetimbangan benda tegar di SMAN 1 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa IPA kelas XI di SMAN 1 kota jambi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti yaitu berupa angket berisikan 25 item tentang kerja keras, dan 25 item untuk soal pilihan ganda. Data didapatkan dengan cara menyebarkan angket dan soal pilihan ganda kepada siswa IPA kelas XI di SMAN 1 kota Jambi, kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah sekaligus dianalisis dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikansi kerja keras belajar terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa IPA kelas XI SMAN 1 kota Jambi dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05, dengan kata lain semakin positif (semakin tinggi) kerja keras belajar seseorang terhadap pelajaran fisika maka hasil belajar yang didapatkan juga akan semakin baik.

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the model Discovery Learning to improve basic questioning skills. The method used in this research is action research class, intended to obtain information regarding the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model for improving basic questioning skills. The subjects in this research were class III B students at elementary school 64/1 Muara Bulian. Data analysis was carried out to test the research hypothesis. Analysis The research uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results obtained indicate that the Discovery model is used Learning in improving students' basic questioning skills goes by good with improvements in each cycle and can reach the criteria research success. This research offers novelty by focusing on the use of the Discovery Learning Model to improve students' basic questioning skills in class III B at elementary school 64/I Muara Bulian. The Discovery Learning model is a learning approach that emphasizes exploration, discovery and developing students' questioning skills through an active and in-depth learning process. By applying this model, this research presents a different and innovative learning approach in developing students' questioning skills, which is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of learning at the elementary school level.
