In vitro anti-leishmanial activities of germatranyl and Silicon incorporated diorganotin derivatives: Synthesis and spectroscopic properties

Abstract: Sn Mössbauer, IR and mass spectral studies in combination with melting points and elemental analyses. The compounds have been screened for in vitro anti-leishmanial activity against promastigotes of Leishmania major and the results offer potent activities which are better than the standard drug, pentamidine, for one compound.
