It is anticipated that e-commerce will contribute to achieving the 17th Sustainable Development Goal, which seeks to improve implementation mechanisms and revitalize global partnerships for sustainable development. However, MSMEs still face a digital gap compared to large enterprises, which affects their e-commerce sustainability. The study’s objective is to examine the factors and barriers affecting the e-commerce sustainability of Thai micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) based on a survey of retail and food and beverage (F&B) service MSMEs in metropolitan Bangkok. Estimations confirm the significance of the TOE framework for Thai MSMEs. Internal e-commerce tools (i.e., smartphones and websites) and external e-commerce platforms (i.e., social media, e-marketplaces, and food delivery platforms) can enhance e-commerce sustainability. However, the age of firms and owners (CEOs) affects e-commerce sustainability negatively. Exports, B2B e-commerce, and e-commerce experience can promote the e-commerce sustainability of Thai MSMEs. However, they perceive that many consumers are still not literate in using e-commerce. In addition, Thailand still has insufficient security to prevent hacking and malware. Therefore, Thai entrepreneurs’ e-commerce literacy is insufficient to enhance their e-commerce sustainability. On the other hand, sustainable e-commerce can increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust through customer support, leading to more long-term online shopping. Hence, this study focuses on e-commerce sustainability-based economic dimensions, as measured by the percentage of e-commerce sales to total sales (e-commerce utilization/intensity).

Purpose: This research aims to study the impact of changes in transaction styles in the 4.0 era with more depth, how consumers from various level start to use technology in ease of everyday life and consumer choices in the use of applications and their willingness to pay for the transaction fee, whether from bank institutions or digital start-up companies in terms of effectiveness, security, and public enthusiasm with digital payment technology. Theoretical Framework: The framework was developed depend on the theory or study literature variables of mobile banking, digital wallet, digital payment and willingness to pay. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research uses 225 sample in Indonesia collected by direct online approach and contingent valuation method open-ended question to digital payment user that use both applications provided by bank institution and digital wallet service. Findings: The result implies that the willingness-to-pay for mobile banking to another bank transaction fee is lower than the actual price and willingness-to-pay for the digital wallet to bank transaction fee is higher than the average real price. Research, Practical & Social Implications: Consumer needs more security aspect on mobile banking transaction but tends to use the digital wallet as their transaction preference due to the promotions and life-service application integrated. As a premium account for digital wallet existed, the consumer tends to demand more on facilities and access to maximum limit of balance on digital wallet. Originality/Value: This study compares the consumer preferences for mobile banking and digital wallet brands accessed in Indonesia. All the respondents of the survey are bank and digital wallet users.

City parks, as open spaces in metropolitan environments, are well suited to serve as a gathering place for city inhabitants to engage in a variety of valuable activities, purposes, and interests. The presence of open space is a crucial factor in a city’s ability to preserve its ecological sustainability. Gajah Mungkur Park is one of the quite shady parks in the Candi area of Jl. S. Parman, Semarang City. Gajah Mungkur Park is unique and has the potential to become a tourist destination, particularly in support of Semarang’s “Green City”. Actually, Gajah Mungkur Park belongs to the City Government, there are several obstacles faced, the park area has not been arranged, there are no adequate facilities, irregular street vendors, difficult road access, irregular parking areas, limited parks and lack of attention from the government. This service method is carried out with primary and secondary literature studies, observations, data collection, and interviews to strengthen, empower, direct the community or stakeholders to optimize the management of park potential and the environment at Taman Gajah Mungkur. In redesigning Gajah Mungkur Park, the concept of “Hidden Layer of Semarang” is used, namely some details of the arrangement concept ideas that will be applied (1) Vegetation Boundary, the concept of vegetation as a hidden layer which also functions as a buffer for air pollution and vehicle noise, (2) Refurbishing – Revitalize, restore the function of the City Park and take advantage of the existing functions of towers, wells and culinary stalls, (3) Multi-Activity, offering various activities for visitors such as leisurely walks, jogging, family and neighbor gathering areas, (4) Pedestrian Engage, providing more access for pedestrians by providing parking space for vehicles with a proportional ratio, (5) Centralized Plaza, proposes a sunken plaza design concept in the form of an amphitheatre as a center of activity. From the concept of “Hidden Layer of Semarang” where the new garden design is expected to contribute to green open spaces in Semarang. Physical implementation of this concept, this park will be hidden and surrounded by vegetation so that the facilities can be enjoyed by the community when they are in the park. As a result, in order for these activities to be used maximally and sustainably, it is required to build appropriate garden landscape design and strengthen community groups through them.
