Chlamydia trachomatis in women with pelvic inflammatory disease (PID): report from a tertiary center in eastern Nepal

Abstract: Chlamydia trachomatis is an important agent of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) globally. Laboratory diagnosis, which is vital for early and appropriate treatment, remains a challenge in resource-limited settings.
