High‐thermal conductivities of epoxy composites via p‐phenylenediamine interfacial modification and process intensification

Abstract: High loadings of fillers are usually needed to achieve high‐thermal conductivity (TC) of polymer‐based composites, which inevitably sacrifices processability and meanwhile causes high‐cost.
