High-PSRR Wide-Range Supply-Independent CMOS Voltage Reference for Retinal Prosthetic Systems

Abstract: This paper presents a fully integrated voltage-reference circuit for implantable devices such as retinal implants. The recently developed retinal prostheses require a stable supply voltage to drive a high-density stimulator array.
