Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Mesleki Değer Algıları: Covid-19 Pandemi Sürecine İlişkin Tanımlayıcı Çalışma

Abstract: Bu araştırmada, Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde hemşirelik öğrencilerinin mesleki değer algıları ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın örneklemini, bir üniversitenin Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümünde öğrenim gören 472 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Hemşirelerin Mesleki Değerleri Ölçeği-Revize kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular:Araştırmada ölçeğin toplam puan ortalaması 106.61±16.59'dur.
