Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının mobbing algısının örgütsel yabancılaşma düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemi, Afyonkarahisar il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren hastanelerde görev yapan 403 sağlık çalışanından (hemşire, doktor ve diğer) oluşmaktadır.
