Serum concentration and skin tissue expression of insulin‐like growth factor 2 in canine generalized demodicosis

Serum concentrations of albumin and A/G ratio in affected dogs were lower than in the healthy control dog group consistent with previous reports . A positive correlation of serum concentration of IGF‐2 with serum concentrations of total protein and globulin, as well as a negative correlation of IGF‐2 serum concentration with serum concentration of albumin and ratio of A/G in affected dogs, were also found.…”
