Abstract: Resumo:Coping é uma resposta cujo objetivo é aumentar, criar ou manter a percepção de controle pessoal frente a uma situação de estresse e um bom repertório social é uma das maneiras de aumentar reforçadores, pois o sujeito é capaz de resolver problemas imediatos e diminui os futuros, respeitando a si e o outro.
