Group training on the improvement of college students'career decision-making self-efficacy

Abstract: A group training was conducted on 17 college students to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). The result showed that there was significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test for the experimental group (n = 17), whereas no significant difference was found between the pre-test and the post- test for the control group (n = 17).
