The purpose of this research is to design and develop an asset supply chain management system-based IoT technology for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Although nowadays there are computer-based asset information management systems, the problem is that such a system cannot immediately monitor the status of the asset. There is some information that is not related to reality, including a lack of asset movement records and information as to the status of each asset, which could lead to the mistake in terms of the working process which is unable to control and monitor a situation. Therefore, this re-search applied the concept of supply chain management (SCM) and IoT tech-nology in order to unsure good governance on the part of HEIs. This research is focused on durable articles and the use of a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag to communicate and exchange information with NFC-compatible smartphones. In this case, it can identify and monitor the asset under considera-tion and also assess associated information from any device. This solution can increase efficiency and value in terms of the organization. Moreover, the design diagram of the system leads to the development of asset supply chain manage-ment system (ASCMS)-based IoT technology for HEIs. The evaluation of the performance of this technology shows that the system operates at a great level, and that ASCMS-based IoT technology for HEIs it can be applied to ensure the good governance of such institutions. In addition, this research can serve the in-ternal organizational administration of Thai HEIs, involving dealing with working processes in line with real-life situations, relating to budget management, organizational working behaviors, and service users’ requirements. All of these aspects are analyzed based on good governance, including the rules of law, transparency and values.

Objective: The university-business partnership plays a particularly important role in society, allowing a symbiosis between socio-economic stakeholders and the university. This symbiosis is based on co-creating and sharing knowledge, creating collaborative projects, valorizing research, implementing SD principles, and on good governance. The aim of this research is to identify groups of francophone socio-economic organizations willing to engage in co-creating knowledge with universities to adapt the academic curriculum to the dynamic requirements of the labor market, supporting entrepreneurship, whilst implementing SDG principles, and ensuring sustainable education. We base our approach on the two-step cluster analysis, data being collected via questionnaires among representatives of francophone organizations in an emerging market. This allows the identification of two clusters of francophone organizations according to the extent to which they contribute to strengthening their relationship with the university by co-creating knowledge, implementing SDG principles, and supporting sustainable education.Findings: The first cluster is represented by francophone organizations reluctant to co-create knowledge and innovate with universities. These organizations have a rather unclear long-term vision and are not actively involved in supporting SDG education or understanding the universities’ training needs. The second cluster is represented by francophone organizations willing to strengthen the relationship with universities and to co-create value, developing students’ entrepreneurial skills and cooperating on the adaptation of the academic curriculum to labor market requirements.Originality/Implications: The originality of this paper consists in conducting exhaustive research among francophone organizations in Romania, with significant practical and social implications for strengthening the strategic university-business environment partnership and identifying solutions to improve knowledge co-creation and sustainable education within a proper university governance.

The objective of this research is to present the use of blockchain technology, the internet of things and fog computing to develop the potential of school management for smart education. By using the blockchain to record and store various pieces of information the organization will create credibility of administrative data in all departments and will reduce corruption. Data can be examined transparently, especially the financial and budget management and procurement of durable articles. Regarding the academic work and registration, it can be used to store learners' information, educational history, information of enrollment, academic results, and participation in the various activities of the educational institutions. It can create credibility in the management of information about content, learning and ability assessment results that students receive, and these can be recorded and stored in a blockchain that can be safely distributed. In addition, IoT and fog computing are integrated with AI systems embedded in various modern devices to be applied in environmental management and smart education management. IoT and fog computing help to support and respond quickly to questions about the use of all types of equipment for real-time management of executives, personnel and students, as well as creating new work and learning styles that can solve the situation of dangerous communicable diseases, such as the COVID-19 situation, or can solve emergency situations that will emerge in the future by working and studying from home. It can organize and share resources for work and learning together to access the organization from outside anywhere and at any time
