With the improvement of people’s living standards, ethnic tourism has begun to develop in an all-round way, and correspondingly, ethnic cultural products have become more and more dazzling. However, the current tourists’ satisfaction with ethnic cultural tourism products is generally low, so the innovative design of tourism products is an important means to improve the satisfaction of tourism products. The purpose of this paper was to use digital information technology to study the innovation of national cultural wisdom tourism product design and to optimize tourism products. This paper first expounded the experiential design of ethnic cultural tourism products which applies the TEAR theory, and the ASEB grid analysis introduced the four factors of theme, environment, activity, and reaction, analyzed the experience of tourism from the perspective of tourists, then introduced the extraction and development process of digital information technology, and then built a three-dimensional digital model of ethnic cultural tourism product design to lay a solid foundation for product design. In addition, this paper took the development of ethnic cultural tourism products in Yunnan ethnic villages as a case to investigate and analyze the tourist market and tourist needs and finally put forward some product design ideas and suggestions. Through the research and analysis of tourists, it is found that there are more young and middle-aged tourists in Yunnan ethnic villages, and most of them travel with their families. According to the survey of tourists’ preferences, more than 80% of tourists like high-quality and low-cost tourism products, and nearly 50% of tourists want to gain a thinking experience in tourist attractions. The most popular forms of tourists were ethnic art and traditional culture. Therefore, designers can design tourism products according to the preferences of tourists and improve the satisfaction of tourism products.

Purpose: This paper aims to identify and explain the role of community leaders in the development of tourism in Bali. Bali, which is known as a world tourism destination, is able to develop well and cannot be separated from the participation of the community and the figures in it. The role of community leaders in tourism development in their respective areas is interesting to observe, with the aim of understanding how the capital used by the figures synergizes with the community in developing a destination. Methodology: The data collection was done by observation and interviews and was analyzed using the cultural studies approach, especially the deconstruction method. Deconstruction is aimed at causing a hierarchical order that organizes the text. Findings: The results of the data analysis were presented in a descriptive and narrative form Social capital and cultural capital play an important role in the development of a region into a tourism destination area. Based on direct observations, it was found that some areas like Sanur, Ubud, Pemuteran, and Munduk could develop tourism with a sustainable and community-based concept. In four areas, based on observations and in-depth interviews, tourism in the four places could develop thanks to pioneers who were at the same time community leaders admired by the communities. This phenomenon is interesting to be examined, that is, from the community perspective the role of social and cultural capital in practice has a higher value than economic capital. Thus, this needs to be understood and important to be investigated, especially in the effort of developing sustainable tourism at the village level. This study explores the implementation of the concept of green tourism in the development of tourism at a tourist destination known as Undagi Farmers Village. It is one of the tourist destinations at Timpag Village which offers the nature and culture as tourist attractions. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The informants were selected from those who understand the implementation of green tourism in the development sustainable tourism. The data were descriptively and qualitatively analyzed. The result of the study shows that Undagi Farmers Village has implemented the concept of green tourism in the development of tourism, as reflected by the facts that (1) the destination offers the unspoiled nature; (2) the integrated empowerment of the local people in the development of tourism increases their economic vitality; (3) the green tourism presents the local people's cultural and traditional activities; and (4) the green tourism involves the tourists who come to visit it in the touristic activities in order to obtain new experience. It is expected that the development of the green tourism-based tourist destination can make the local people more aware of preserving the nature and culture for the future generation.
