The need to implement innovative technologies and create a student- oriented environment in a higher medical school is determined by the challenges of time to create a motivated, active student – a future competitive specialist.The purpose of our study was to analyze the features of innovative methods used in teaching orthopedic dentistry and to choose directions for further optimization of the educational process. A number of research methods were used to fulﬁ ll the set goal: the bibliosemantic method with the processing of literature sources and electronic resources, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison and systematization. Also a number of cases regarding the application of innovative technologies for teaching the discipline «Orthopedic Stomatology» at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry of Bukovinian State Medical University were highlighted.Modern students perceive the interactive technologies, visualization of educational material with an individually diﬀ erentiated approach much better. Of the interactive methods when studying orthopedic stomatology, we use the PRES method, brainstorming, discussion, working in small groups, situational modeling, and the case method most often. Adherence to the algorithm when performing practical skills and simulation technologies allow students to acquire eﬀ ectively the competencies provided by the program, as well as successfully pass the OSCE.Therefore, improving the organization of the educational process in the discipline «Orthopedic dentistry» using innovative teaching methods allows providing high-quality education to dental students. The introduction of a student- centered educational environment, on the one hand, helps to form competent, creative, proactive personalities of future dentists, but, on the other hand, requires teachers to continuously improve their own methods of teaching the discipline, acquire new skills based on the principles of facilitation, and create new simulation scenarios and their thorough training with students on a powerful material and technical base.

Визначення багатогранної ролі інформаційних технологій та інновацій у сферах оптимізації ефективності, зменшенні ризиків та створенні стратегічних переваг у системі міжнародної торгівлі стає практично першочерговим у сучасних умовах функціонування. Тому у статті проведене комплексне дослідження поточного стану, викликів та майбутніх перспектив симбіотичного взаємозв’язку між інформаційними технологіями, інноваціями та управлінням зовнішньоторговельною діяльністю підприємств. У сучасному ландшафті глобального бізнесу взаємодія між інформаційними технологіями та інноваціями змінює підходи до управління зовнішньоторговельною діяльністю підприємств. Визначення ролі інформаційних технологій та інновацій в управлінні можливо оцінити через детальний аналіз складових інформаційно-інноваційного забезпечення до яких належать: платформи електронної комерції; технологія блокчейн; предиктивна аналітика; автоматизація в логістиці; штучний інтелект у прийнятті рішень; аналітика ринку на основі Database (баз даних); персоналізований клієнтський досвід (Internet of Things). Розглянуто основні переваги та визначено складнощі застосування кожного елементу, окреслені виклики, пов’язані з інтеграцією інформаційних технологій та інновацій в управління зовнішньоторговельною діяльністю підприємств. Водночас застосування інформаційно-інноваційного забезпечення вимагає додаткових зусиль щодо безпекового компоненту (застосування заходів кібербезпеки) та подолання інтеграційних бар’єрів. З оцифруванням торговельних процесів кібербезпека набула першорядного значення – захист конфіденційної інформації, забезпечення цілісності транзакцій та захист інтелектуальної власності. До інтеграційних бар’єрів належать: тарифи та протекціоністська політика, що перешкоджають вільному руху товарів і послуг; перешкоди для транскордонних інвестицій; нетарифні бар’єри, включаючи регуляторні обмеження, ліцензійні вимоги та складні митні процедури; перешкоджання впровадженню сталих практик. Оскільки технологічний прогрес продовжує розвиватися, підприємства повинні залишатися гнучкими, впроваджуючи та адаптуючи інновації, щоб залишатися конкурентоспроможними в динамічному ландшафті глобальної торгівлі.

The article is devoted to the results of a forecast study to identify scientific, technological, managerial and production potential of Ukraine at the regional level in terms of national objectives Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 14 “Conservation and sustainable use of oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development”. The study is the next in a series of predictive studies on the conservation of marine resources. The study was carried out by the Forsyth method using expert panels. A survey of experts-scientists of scientific organizations and institutions of higher education on research and technology required for the implementation of the SDG No. 14, and a survey of experts-practitioners in public administration and production to assess the proposed areas of research and technology, were conducted. According to the results of the survey, scientific and technological, managerial and production potentials at the regional level for its possible use in the implementation of national tasks of the SDG No. 14 were determined.
