ResumoO presente trabalho compartilha o relato de um caso de Acompanhamento Terapêutico, que consiste numa modalidade de atendimento que teve início com a Reforma Psiquiátrica e utiliza, principalmente, o cotidiano como setting. Trata-se de um paciente psicótico, que teve alta de uma internação psiquiátrica com a condição de continuar o tratamento em regime de Hospital Dia. Durante dois meses e meio, o paciente foi acompanhado à clínica de ônibus, o que permitiu um maior contato com a sociedade. Foi feito uso de alguns pressupostos de Winnicott para dialogar com o relato e, para comunicar o acontecido, foi redigida uma narrativa. A partir do atendimento, foi possível concluir que o Acompanhamento Terapêutico é um importante recurso ao paciente psicótico, uma vez que se torna uma possibilidade de situá-lo e recolocá-lo frente à ruptura cultural que sofreu, retomando, dessa forma, a própria subjetividade. THE IMPORTANCE OF EVERYDAY LIFE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANION THERAPEUTIC TO PSYCHOTIC PATIENTS AbstractThis study shares the report of a case Therapeutic Monitoring, consisting of a service area began with the psychiatric reform and uses, mainly, the daily as setting. It is a psychotic patient who was discharged from a psychiatric hospitalization, with the condition of continuing treatment under a Hospital Day. For two and a half months, the patient was accompanied to the clinic by bus, allowing greater contact with society. It was made use of some assumptions of Winnicott to dialogue with the reporting and, to communicate what happened, was written a narrative. From the service, it was concluded that the Therapeutic Monitoring becomes essential to the psychotic patient, once that becomes a possibility to place it an place it against the cultural rupture suffered, returning thus to subjectivity itself.
