“…The study also did not find any significant difference between the boys and girls of the CG (from Table 6, p = 0.9). The findings of this study were different compared with those in [52], which reported that male students performed better than female students when using the virtual laboratory.…”

“…Fifth, the results indicate that the differences in gender predict the variance in creativity. Our finding shows that the creativity of male students in our study is higher, which is in line with several existing studies (Gunawan et al, 2020 ; Permatasari and Budiyono, 2020 ; Xu et al, 2022 ). One possible explanation is male students have a better ability to think and solve problems than female students (Doleck et al, 2017 ; Abdulla et al, 2020 ; Zibenberg and Da'as, 2022 ), influencing the development of creative thinking skills (Hidayat et al, 2018 ; Rahmawati et al, 2019 ).…”

“…This is due to psychological findings showing that a primary mindset distinguishes male and female students (Kalender et al, 2022;Kleinfeld, 2009). In physics, many researchers have the influence of gender on learning success (Gunawan et al, 2020;Herliana et al, 2020;Sun, 2020). On the other hand, many studies also prove that gender is not too influential (reduced) in the success of learning physics (Gunawan et al, 2020;Herliana et al, 2020;Sun, 2020).…”
