Abstract:Millettia peguensis is commonly known as Moulmein rosewood, is a legume tree species in the genus Millettia belongs to the family Fabaceae. The powdered leaf was successively extracted with Petroleum ether through Soxhlet apparatus. The leaves of Petroleum ether extract of Millettia peguensis by GC-MS analysis clearly showed the presence of 10 compounds.
