Günümüz dünyasında araştırmacılar, üretim süreçlerini iyileştirmek ve daha düşük maliyet değerleri ile üretim yapmak için daha fazla çalışmaktadırlar. Bu amaçlara yönelik olarak birçok analitik ve sezgisel yaklaşım önerilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de pazarın en büyüklerinden biri olan bir bebek maması üreticisi için tedarikçi seçim problemi ele alınmaktadır. Gıda üretimi insan hayatı için büyük önem taşımaktadır; bebek formüllerinin üretimi ve bu süreçle ilgili kararlarsa daha da önemlidir. Literatürde bu önemli probleme ilişkin bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Çözüm prosedürü boyunca, tedarikçi seçiminde hem nitel hem de nicel faktörlerin birlikte değerlendirilmesini sağlayan Bulanık Aksiyomatik Tasarım (AD) kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, bulanık ve kesin bilgilerin birlikte değerlendirilebilmesine izin verdiği için, diğer Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemlerine kıyasla daha avantajlı olan AD'nin ikinci aksiyomu olan bulanık bilgi aksiyomu kullanılmış ve tedarikçilere, hiyerarşik bir değerlendirme sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler-tedarik zinciri yönetimi, tedarikçi seçimi, çok kriterli karar verme, aksiyomatik tasarım.

Importance of urban mobility system is increasing from year to year. This is the reason why decision making process is increasingly complex requiring taking into account more and more different criteria. One of the important and commonly used techniques that support decision making processes is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) while for the purpose of supporting a more realistic way of decision making, fuzzy logic is used. The paper examines the use of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) in the urban mobility system. With the use of systematic literature review (SLR) it categorises peer reviewed journals' articles related to the applications of FAHP in urban mobility system and extracted from Scopus and Web of science database, and analyses them methodologically. Papers were classified based on basic attributes of research papers, features of urban mobility system (UMS) where the FAHP was used, and use characteristics of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The results of this study indicated that the use of FAHP in urban mobility system is increasing with the first published paper in 2009. Our review has found that FAHP is used for very different purposes such as evaluation of customer expectations or citing a selection problem. Most often it is used in combination with other methods. Interestingly, there is only one paper that uses FAHP for decision making in the whole urban mobility system.

There are various stages to the process of acquiring a vessel. First, a decision must be made on what vessel is needed. Next, an appropriate shipyard is selected; this decision is very significant, as it will determine the workmanship quality and delivery date of the vessel to be manufactured. From the point of view of a shipowner, receiving the vessel on time and manufactured to specification is crucial. From the point of view of the shipyard, it is vital to take as many orders as possible; therefore, one of the highest priorities of shipyards is to be the first choice for as many shipowners as possible in order to increase their requirement for steel fabrication and consequently their profits. In this study, the shipyard selection criteria for shipowners are presented and the degree of importance of each criterion is determined using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique. The aim of the study is to provide shipyards with information about the perspective of shipowners with regard to the shipyard selection process, thus allowing shipyards to strengthen their weaknesses and increase the number of shipowners which choose them to manufacture their ships.
