Fracture du Tubercule Tillaux chez un adulte de 40 ans

Abstract: La fracture isolée du tubercule de Tillaux est très rare, réalisant une avulsion du ligament tibio-fibulaire antérieur à l'origine d'une instabilité tibio-fibulaire infé-rieure. La fracture de Tillaux de l'enfant lui est assimilée et représente un traumatisme du cartilage de conjugaison stade 3. Nous rapportons une nouvelle observation chez un patient de 40 ans traité chirurgicalement avec une bonne évolution.
