Fostering Knowledge Sharing through Care Culture: A Comparison Study of Membership-Oriented and Service-Oriented NGOs in Malaysia

Abstract: Abstract-The paper aims to examine the influence of care culture (collaboration, trust, and learning) towards knowledge sharing behavior. A purposive sampling and a structured questionnaire survey were employed in approaching 200 social workers from membership-oriented NGOs (n=100) and service-oriented NGOs (n=100) located in Klang Valley area, Malaysia.
