Fostering innovation with KM 2.0

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of this paper is to present a general framework describing how new generations of agile innovation processes can benefit from using KM 2.0 technologies. Design/methodology/approach -An extensive literature review coupled with expert interviews and combined with the authors' experiences and models were used to develop the framework.
