Fortifikasi Garam Dengan Bawang Dayak Untuk Meningkatkan Nutrisi Garam Konsumsi

Abstract: Physically salt is a white crystal with the largest chemical compound content is sodium chloride (NaCl)> 80%, and other compounds such as magnesium chloride (MgCl2), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), and calcium chloride (CaCl2).
