Physically salt is a white crystal with the largest chemical compound content is sodium chloride (NaCl)> 80%, and other compounds such as magnesium chloride (MgCl2), magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), and calcium chloride (CaCl2). Fortification is an effort made to add micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals to food to improve the quality of nutrients that are useful for public health. Water content analysis on Dayak Onion Fortification Salt Products was 0.73% for Fortified Salt using Aquadest material, and 0.34% Using Ethanol, while salt onion dayak fortification using Methanol mixture contained 0.42% water content. salt fortification with onion dayak which uses color methanol which is produced higher or the resulting color is better and preferred by many consumers, pure white pure salt which is favored by consumers, salt fortification with onion dayak which uses maceration of methanol extract which is much preferred by consumers. Fortifikasi merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan untuk menambahkan mikronutrien seperti vitamin dan mineral ke dalam makanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi yang berguna bagi kesehatan masyarakat. analisis Kadar Air pada Produk Garam Fortifikasi Bawang Dayak adalah 0,73% untuk Garam Fortifikasi dengan menggunakan bahan Aquadest, dan 0,34% Dengan Menggunakan Bahan Etanol, sedangkan garam fortifikasi bawang dayak dengan menggunakan campuran Methanol mengandung kadar air seberat 0,42%. garam fortifikasi dengan bawang dayak yang menggunakan methanol warna yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi atau warna yang dihasilkan semakin bagus dan disukai banyak konsumen, garam murni dengan warna putih bersih yang banyak disuka oleh konsumen, garam fortifikasi dengan bawang dayak yang menggunakan maserasi ekstrak methanol yang banyak disuka oleh para konsumen

The fuzzy method is used as a value to determine the midpoint of the width of the road and the robot is on the middle side of the road, then produces a velocity value on the robot that is maintained by the PID method. The result is that the robot can detect the sidewalk with an ultrasonic sensor on the difference of the right sensor error 0.2 cm and the left sensor 0.5 cm through comparison of detection by the sensor and the ruler. The robot can maintain speed and the output value produced by fuzzy speed is 30, then used as input by the PID method with constant values Kp = 2.5, Ki = 0, and Kd = 0.8. The process of painting using a roll model paint tool produces a length of painting 29-31 cm and a long line breaking range of 25-27 cm with a white line width of 8.5-9 cm.
Pressing system in drinking water in the form of glass is mostly completly in all scale production. Almost all companies large or small use this tool in its packaging. There is often a decline in the quality of bottled water caused by peeling off the lid on the package. Peeling off the lid of bottled water is caused by the pressing process when drinking water production does not match the glass material and the temperature of the pressing device. The thickness and temperature of the pressing tool as an indicator or input in obtaining pressure output (pressing) for the quality of drinking water packaging results. Therefore this study will discuss the design of control systems in the process of pressing bottled drinking water. input adalah ketebalan bahan kaca dan suhu pada proses pers. The system will be controlled using the fuzzy logic control method to obtain the value of the pressure at the system output.
The increasing number of traffic accidents are dominated by motorcycle accidents, which also account for the highest portion of fatalities and major injuries. Careless driving and unruly behavior such unhealthy body condition or riding in sleepy conditions are the main causes of accidents in Indonesia. Facts prove that traffic accidents are one of the biggest causes of death in Indonesia. Based on those problem we want to made a system to detect a heart pulse for riders to know if they riding in a good condition or not. This control system using arduino nano R3 as a microcontroller. The device is places on helmet which using pulse sensor to detect the heart pulse on neck arteries, When a person’s pulse is detected in a drowsy/sleepy state, then the DC motor vibrator will vibrates in the fontanel (crown of head) and the buzzer sounds in the ear. The test results on the pulse detection system that was applied to the male rider’s helmet the average delay of the actuator was 4.3 seconds with a success percentage is about 98%. The average response delay of the actuator used by female riders is 4.5 seconds with a 96% success rate. From the results of the test, smart helmet system has run and work properly.
The production of corn and rice produced by farmers in East Java has the potential to cause agricultural waste, therefore corn cobs are waste that requires special processing in order to be used optimally.
