Formulation and Evaluation of Dolutegravir Sodium Nanoemulsion for the Treatment of HIV

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop and evaluate the Nanoemulsion of Dolutegravir sodium. Nanoemulsion was made by the high-shear homogenization method. Materials and method: Oleic acid was used as the oil phase, Tween 80, and Acconon MC8-2 EP/NF (Smix; 1:1) were utilized as surfactant and co-surfactant respectively while distilled water was employed as an aqueous phase.
