The study outlines the essence and social significance of nature reserves, identifies the features and conditions for improving the efficiency of their reproduction, specifies and supplements criteria and indicators for assessing the level of their use and reproduction efficiency. The modern functioning of the reserve, the dynamics of its development are considered, a preliminary assessment of the material and financial security and the reproduction adequacy of the Streletsky section of the reserve is given. A logical scheme for determining the optimal size and configuration of the Streletsky section of the reserve has been developed, recommended regimes of using its biota have been differentiated, promising directions and sources of optimizing the reproduction of meadow-steppe herbage of the reserve have been identified. It is human, his scientific knowledge, moral and spiritual world, consciousness, as the original source of diligence and care, has always been the main condition for the well-being of the nature of steppe natural complexes and their harmony with human. A person should feel like its kind master, bringing his good work and art into it.

The article examined temporary matrices of transformation of soil processes related to the activity of microorganisms and humus in comparison with maternal matrices depending on age characteristics of man. The resulting match in value and productivity, from one year to 15 years, from 15 years to 40 years, from 40 years to 65 years, led to the idea of comparing human growth with soil zonal; Weights with indicators of activity of microbiological soil processes; Intelligence with active humus; Age with dynamics of development of temporary matrices on humus and microbiological activity. The dynamics of transformation of organic substances of upper soil horizons under the influence of agricultural use according to the general humus, taking into account their genesis, covers the period from 15 to 46 years; And on microbiological processes from 3 to 66 years. The conclusion is that the identification of human development with the development of soil-formation processes depending on their genesis brings us closer to a true understanding of our appearance, as a species possessing the power that can change the surrounding world through the noosphere in accordance with certain standards of transmutation.

The article discusses some examples of incorrect methodology and terminology practice in soil research and publications. In particular, the authors draw attention to extremely inflated and unjustified use of the phrase “statistically significant”, to the controversy between the chemical determination and terminological definition of soil humus, to the inadequacy of using mass concentrations of chemical elements to inferring soil organic matter stoichiometry, to frequent interpreting empirical regression as if describing some conceptual relationship, to the principle impossibility to estimate bacteria and fungi numbers in soil by agar plate counts of colony-forming units. Based on the discussed examples, the authors conclude that the ease and the rate of the present-day communication flow will increasingly enhance the role of communication exchange in estimating the validity of results of a certain piece of scientific cognition, which will significantly increase the negative impact of consensuality, especially in soil science, as soil is one of the most complex natural bodies.
