The difference range may occur from sampling method, experience of clinician who perform adequate specimen, without the aid of cytopathologist (Boccato et al, 1998). However, in our institution, the procedure was assessed by experience clinician or resident in training under a close supervision of the expert and the aspirations were prompt submitted to the Anatomical Pathology Department after the procedure.…”
