Abstract:The stimuli-responsive controlled drug delivery system is highly desirable for an efficient cancer treatment approach. Herein, we have successfully developed a novel multifunctional microwave stimulus controlled anticancer drug release system based on magnetic Fe 3 O 4 @-ZnS@Glycine nanoparticles. Fe 3 O 4 core has a high magnetization saturation value for drug targeting under foreign magnetic fields. ZnS shells can efficiently convert microwave energy into thermal energy for microwave-triggered drug release. … Show more
In this study, we prepared a carrier possessing a simple structure and composition, but with the microwave-targeted-fluorescence multifunctional properties.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
