Factors That Influence Teacher Distress

Abstract: AIM: This study aims to develop a fit model for teacher stress to know what factors influence teacher stress. METHODS: This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Subjects in this study amounted to 500 teachers. The method used is the correlational research method with path analysis.
