This practice had to be given up mainly due to high incidence of complications, like orthostatic hypotension and impotence, and the introduction of new anti-hypertensive medications [4]. Trotz der überzeugenden Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der Verbesserung der Überlebenszeit sprach darauf aber nicht jeder hypertensive Patient gleich gut an.…”
