Factors influencing the behavioral intention of public transport passengers

Abstract: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that influence the behavioral intention (BI) of paratransit passengers in three major cities in Indonesia, namely Bandung, Medan, and Surabaya.
