Extrinsic and intrinsic motives: panic buying and impulsive buying during a pandemic

Abstract: PurposeThe present study operationalizes and tests the impact of extrinsic (store environment, promotional activities) and intrinsic (hedonism, materialism) variables on impulsive buying during the COVID-19 period.
