“…A further analysis of intestinal microorganisms in the ADC group mice revealed that the dominant differential species were Bacilli , Erysipelotrichales , Erysipelotrichaceae , and Allobaculum . Pei et al [ 67 ] showed that Erysipelotrichales and Erysipelotrichaceae species are increased in abundance in the intestine of patients with hematological malignancies and can be used as markers in these patients. A surge in the abundance of Erysipelotrichales is associated with intestinal inflammation [ 68 ] and blocking its growth in a model of parenteral nutrition-associated liver disease attenuates liver injury [ 69 ].…”

“…These results revealed the significant different profiles of gut microbiota derived from AML patients and patients treated with chemotherapy or healthy subjects. Similarly, the genera Collinsella was found to be enriched in several malignant tumors, such as colorectal cancer, 36 gastric cancer, 37 esophageal cancer, 38 and hematological malignant 39 …”

“…Similarly, the genera Collinsella was found to be enriched in several malignant tumors, such as colorectal cancer, 36 gastric cancer, 37 esophageal cancer, 38 and hematological malignant. 39 Emerging evidences have demonstrated that metabolites generated by gut microbiota had the ability to modulate the physiological functions of the host. As reported by Zarour, gut microbiota-derived metabolites involve in immunoregulation in tumor.…”

“…In patients with liver cirrhosis, the abundance of Erysipelotrichaceae in the faecal microbiota signi cantly increases compared to that in nonliver cancer cirrhosis patients, and this change is associated with high expression of interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) [24]. Zhong Pei et al compared the faecal samples of patients with haematological malignancies to those of healthy individuals and reported a signi cant increase in Erysipelotrichaceae abundance, suggesting that this genus may be a biomarker for haematological malignancies [25]. In our study, Erysipelotrichaceae abundance was correlated strongly positively with the incidence of NK/T-cell lymphoma.…”
