Exercício da liderança do enfermeiro em um serviço de urgência e emergência

Abstract: Este estudo objetivou conhecer o exercício da liderança de enfermeiros que trabalham em um serviço de urgência e emergência. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório. Participaram dez enfermeiros que trabalham em um serviço de urgência e emergência.
