This study aims to determine the attitudes of students studying at Muş Alparslan, Bitlis Eren, Van Yüzüncü Yıl, and Bingöl Universities toward extracurricular sports activities in terms of certain variables. The study is quantitative research and an 18-item attitude survey toward extracurricular sports activities, which was developed by Yılmaz, A., & Güven, Ö. (2018), was used as the data collection tool. The scale is a 5-point Likert scale and the minimum score that can be obtained from the scale is 18 while the maximum score is 90. Furthermore, a test containing socio-demographic information prepared by the researcher was also conducted with the participants. The data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS package software. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, Mann Whitney-U Test and Kruskal Wallis-H Test. Additionally, the Mann Whitney-U Test was used to determine between which groups the significant difference occurred as a result of the Kruskal Wallis-H Test. Of the students participating in the research, 341 were male and 339 were female. While the population of this study consists of students from Muş Alparslan, Bitlis Eren, Van Yüzüncü Yıl, and Bingöl University, the sample group consists of 680 students from the same universities who voluntarily participated in our study and were chosen by the random sampling method. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there were significant differences in terms of the attitude toward extracurricular activities in terms of age and gender, leisure time duration, university of study, and active sports participation ( p<0.05). It was also determined that there was a positive difference in the results in favor of students with more leisure time, older students, students who do active sports, and male students. Accordingly, it can be useful to implement policies to eliminate or minimize these differences.

İntroduction. With this study, it was aimed to determine the attitudes of the students of the faculty of sports sciences towards international sports organizations. İt is aimed to examine these attitudes of sport Sciences students according to demographic variables. Material and methods. The working group of the Research consists of 264 students who study at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, Faculty of Sport Sciences in the 2020-2021 academic year. 117 of the students are female (%44,3) and 147 are male (%55,7). In the research, “Attitude Scale for International Sports Organizations” developed by Aktas and Kan (2018) was used. The normality distribution of the data was examined with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the analysis of the differences between parameters was evaluated with the MANOVA and ANOVA tests in the line with the information obtained.

Araştırmada beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin Covid 19 salgın döneminde oluşturdukları öğretim ortamında göstermiş oldukları pedagojik bilgi ve beceri düzeyleri ile mesleğe ilişkin inançlarının iş performansları üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Nicel araştırmayla kurgulanan araştırmaya, Trabzon’daki ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri katılmıştır. Veriler “Mesleki İnanç”, “Pedagojik Bilgi ve Beceri” ve “İş Performansı” ölçekleriyle toplanmıştır. Veri analizinde SPSS 21.0 ve Lisrel 8.8 programı kullanılmıştır. Betimsel istatistikler, t-testi, çoklu regresyon ve Pearson korelasyonundan faydalanılmıştır. Katılımcıların pedagojik bilgi ve beceri ölçeği öğrenci öğrenimi ve ders planlama boyutları cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılık gösterdiği, öğretmenlerin pedagojik bilgi ve beceri düzeyleri ile mesleğe ilişkin inançları arasında pozitif yönlü düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişkinin olduğu ve iş performansı ile pozitif yönlü yüksek düzeyde ilişkinin varlığı saptanmıştır. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin pedagojik bilgi ve beceri ile mesleki inançlarının iş performansı üzerinde birlikte pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, pedagojik bilgi ve beceri ile mesleğe ilişkin beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yeterliklerini arttırmaya yönelik uygulamaların öğretmenlerin mesleğini uygulamasını olumlu etkileyeceği söylenebilir.
