Abstract:The purpose of this evaluation is to evaluate user acceptance of the Glovia ERP system, whichever embedded in PC to assist operator staffs to record material stocks. In Indonesia, the problems of pregnant women and newborns have not been resolved. The reason is that there is no monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. This study aims to build a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. The monitoring system that will be made is mobile-based that can monitor and provide information about the health of pregnant women and children. The model used to create an information system uses the waterfall model. Meanwhile, to test the system built using the Blackbox test model. The plan that was created was tested directly to the user. As a result, the sequence in the waterfall model is proven to build a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns. The black box model also showed if the built system did not have errors and was ready to be used. Combining the waterfall and BlackBox models results in a monitoring system for pregnant women and newborns whose entire menu can be used properly. The test was carried out on 25 pregnant women users, and it was found that the accumulated ratings were 89, 87, 88, and 89%. In this case, it is classified as Very Eligible.

Dalam pengerjaannya perlu dilakukan beberapa proses.Perancangan pada algoritma perancangan prosedur dan struktur aplikasi sebagai konsep untuk aplikasi yang akan dibuat. Rancangan proses bisnis sistem ini menggunakan UML yang menggambarkan seluruh fungsional sistem yang akan dibuat.Implementasi akan dilakukan dengan memasukkan beberapa data yang dibutuhkan untuk memastikan aplikasi ini berjalan tanpa kendala. Imlementasi untuk dapat mengintegrasikan PHP dan MySql dengan aplikasi android yaitu menggunakan Server web, dan akses database yang digunakan di aplikasi android dengan mengunakan MySql. Aplikasi ini akan berkomunikasi dengan halaman PHP dengan parameter yang diperlukan dan PHP akan menghubungi database MYSQL dan akan mengambil hasilnya dalam bentuk website kemudian akan dilakukan kompresi website ke APK sistem informasi aplikasi penjualan android.

This study analyzes the factors that influence public acceptance of E-Government Health Application feature on partner applications. The current phenomenon in the health sector is the emergence of COVID-19 which has a very fast rate of human-to-human spread. To handle these cases, the government evaluates and looks for new innovations by cooperating with new partners and making E-Government Health Application feature accessible through partner applications to make it easier for the public. The successful use of the system is influenced by the acceptance and use of the individual who uses it. The research model used in this study is a modified UTAUT2 model with a total sample of 250 respondents. Model testing is done by statistical analysis using SmartPLS software. It was found that Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention variables had a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior variable with t-statistic of 3.659 and 4.505. Habit had a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior variables with t-statistic of 7.939 and 3.232. Meanwhile, the Experience moderating variable affects the Facilitating Condition on Behavioral Intention variable and affects the Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior variable with t-statistics of 2.069 and 1.972
