Evaluation of the chemical, physical and nutritional composition and sensory acceptability of different sweet potato cultivars

Abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate the chemical, physical and nutritional composition and sensory acceptability of different sweet potato cultivars to classify the best genotypes for human consumption.
