This research examines the implementation of management standards at Mts an-nur Palangkaraya in improving the quality of Madrasah education. The objectives of this study include: To find out the standard management program planning, implementation of standard management programs, monitoring and evaluation of standard management programs at MTS An- nur Palangkaraya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, as Moleong argues "qualitative research is in the form of words either written or spoken from people and observed behavior" while the research location is at MTS an-Nur Palangkaraya. research purposes, this study used interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate (1) Management planning at an-nur madrasah has been carried out in accordance with government regulations and education management standards, namely starting with planning. The planning carried out by Mts Anur begins with analyzing the needs and where the direction of the madrasa will be taken in the future by formulating a vision, mission and goals. All of this is done by involving all components in the madrasa. (2) Implementation Implementation of the program begins with reviewing the KTSP curriculum, implementing teaching and learning activities, and implementing Teacher Quality Improvement at MTs Annur Palangka Raya. The implementation of improving the quality of Education Personnel is pursued by implementing a strategy of increasing the integration of improving the mental, moral and spiritual discipline of teachers, learning supervision, involving teachers in training activities, attending seminars and being active in the Palangka Raya City MGMP forum. dhuha prayer. The program to improve the quality of infrastructure at MTs Annur Palangka Raya was pursued by collaborating with the City and Provincial Ministry of Religion offices, Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, Palangka Raya City Government, Municipal and Provincial Education Offices, Collaboration with Parents of Students through Madrasah Committees, Approach with Management Foundations, Entrepreneurs, City, Provincial DPRD Members and members of the Republic of Indonesia DPR (3) Program monitoring and evaluation begins with programs developed in extra-curricular activities. This activity was carried out by developing extra-curricular activities which aim to provide opportunities for MTs Annur Palangka Raya students to develop and express themselves according to the skills and talents that students have. Mathematics subjects are considered by most students to be difficult. In the Free Learning Program, students find mathematics easy, because of various innovations from the teachers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the Freedom to Learn curriculum in relation to Mathematics Learning. The research method descriptive uses qualitative. The analysis technique consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subjects of this study were school principals, homeroom teachers and students. The selected informants in this study were teachers and principals who understood the profile of Pancasila students. Data validity technique with source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that 1) The planning for the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile includes training, readiness of documents and completeness of facilities and infrastructure which are all intended for teachers. 2) Implementation of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile with planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities in accordance with teacher competence. 3) Evaluation of implementation is carried out by teachers with school principals and teacher evaluations with students. Constraints in implementation have been made efforts to improve, so that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in Mathematics Learning at Santa Maria Rembang Catholic Elementary School has been carried out properly.

Many factors are projected to affect the success of elementary school principals. The basis of this research is the impact and factors that influence the central performance of the State Elementary School Principals in North Sumatra Labuhan Batu Regency, especially the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, work motivation, and performance of the elementary school principal. This research is quantitative research with ex post facto research. The variables analyzed were not controlled and modified by the researcher, but the facts were revealed based on measuring the symptoms that have been owned or testing what will happen. The path analysis technique was used to investigate the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct and indirect effects between endogenous and exogenous factors. Research results indicated that the exogenous component that had more substantial direct effect on the principal’s work motivation was the innovative behavior of the principle, interpersonal communication abilities, and the relatively less influential variable was the school’s organizational culture. Meanwhile, exogenous characteristics that had more substantial direct effect on the success of school principals are the school’s organizational culture, the principal’s work drive, innovative conduct and the lowest interpersonal communication abilities.
