Between 1 January 2021 and 1 July 2021, 120 blood samples from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients—60 as controls and 60 patients—of both sexes who were accepted to the cardiac surgery unit at AL- Salam teaching hospital, the intensive cardiac care unit, and outpatient clinics in Mosul City/Iraq, were taken. In the presented research, the ejection fraction regarding patients with AMI was evaluated by echocardiography, and the blood-liver enzyme levels (ALP and AST \ ALT ratio) were examined in those patients. The findings indicate that patients with AMI in the age range of 35 to 45 years have a (52.41) % ejection fraction (EF) rate, which is closer to (51.344%) than it is in samples from healthy controls. In addition to that, findings indicate that patients in an age range of 46 to 56 years have heart failure with a mid-range EF (HFmrEF), with a (48.13%) percentage, whereas this heart failure type in healthy controls has been preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) with (53.368 %). In the case of the comparison of the AST/ALT ratio and EF across all of the age groups that have been tested, the results suggest a significant level (P ≤ 0.050) relation between the ALP enzyme and EF for the patients within the (35-45 years) age group additionally, as there has been a positive and weak linear connection (r = 0.10650) and a nominal p-value (p = 0.47240) at a threshold of probability ≤ P 0.050, the link and correlation between the AST/ALT ratio and cardiac EF have been investigated. Dietary habits are an essential lifestyle element contributing to hypertension development and can be changed if adequately controlled and educated. The DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet, which emphasizes consuming fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products, is recommended to lower blood pressure and reduce sodium intake. The article aims to identify the Efficacy of Pender's Health Promotion-based Model on Intervention for Enhancing University of Mosul Hypertensive Employees' Eating Behaviors. A proper experimental design employing the randomized controlled trial approach is used to establish the efficiency of Pander's health promotion based on intervention for enhancing eating behaviors among University of Mosul hypertension personnel. The study was conducted at the University of Mosul from first December 2021 to the end of April 2022. The sample was selected from a homogeneous group of 220 employees. Random selection and random assignment are used to create the experimental and control group for every 25 employees. This study's results show statistically significant differences across all Pander Model principles connected to hypertension-associated eating behavior. On the other hand, the perceived barrier was the only belief that remained constant over time.The study indicated that the Pender model's health promotion demonstrates the relevance of hypertension prevention and has a favorable impact on employees' perceptions of perceived advantages, Self-efficacy, and perceived risks, social support and activity-related effect of unhealthy Hypertension advised employees to use their eating behavior through a healthy diet, physical activity and other healthy behaviors to hypertension control to prevent different health hazards, social support for activating "readiness" to break free from unhealthy habits and self-efficacy for self-assurance in blood pressure control. The aim of the current study is to determine the effect of Kirkuk cement factory dust on renal function tests among the residents of villages and farms surrounding the factory and those who are constantly exposed to cement dust, which include: urea, uric acid, creatinine and total serum protein for the period from January 2021 to April 2021. The samples were randomly collected (60) samples from different distances as the study group, which were divided according to the distance from the factory into six categories D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, while the control group was (30) samples for the last category, Laylan D7 area, and their average age ranged from (10-70) years, venous blood was drawn (5) ml of blood, serum was separated by common methods of separation, and renal function tests were performed on it. The results showed that the studied groups recorded a significant increase in the concentration of urea, uric acid, creatinine when compared to the control group, While the total serum protein decreased at the level P ⩽ 0.01 compared to the control group.
