Estérases I. Dosage d'activité de la lipase de pancréas de porc

Abstract: Une nouvelle méthode alcali‐acidimétrique pour le dosage d'activité de la lipase de pancréas de pore est décrite. La méthode est sensible, précise et rapide, et utilise le Tween 20 (laurate de polyhydroxyéthylène‐sorbitane) comme substrat.
