Abstract: IntroduçãoNão existem dúvidas sobre o crescimento da área de políticas públicas na pesquisa acadêmica que se realiza atualmente no Brasil. Várias áreas do conhecimento, e não só a ciência política, vêm realizando pesquisas sobre o que o governo faz, ou deixa de fazer.
