Abstract: The President of the Republic of Indonesia issued Presidential Decree No. 86 of 2020 of the Government Work Plan (RKP) in 2021 which is an annual development planning document prepared as a description of the second year of implementation of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024.
