Backgrounds: Food production reduces significantly in agriculture, particularly in the developing world due to different plant diseases, caused by naturally infected-pathogens. On the other hand, recent epidemic coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) disease caused by novel coronavirus pathogens spreads around the world forming total change of human civilization, health, travel, socioeconomic, education, and clinical research, which has no specific therapeutics, and effective treatment. Although the middle and upper classes are able to manage, but the low-income households are really suffering. Hence, the Government of India wants to reorient the COVID-19 crisis by developing a policy initiative. Now, it is focused on the consumption of nutritious as well as traditional medicinal vegetables, for preventive measures against diseases as vaccine. In plant diseases, though pesticides are the most effective means of control, they are costly and not environment friendly. Hence, it has been an urgency to require; new and more efficient solutions, technologies, products to fulfill its food and nutritional requirement, and methods to develop the best vaccines to control the coronavirus -COVID-19 -disease and prevent more damage. Materials and Methods: Hence, it is focused on the amaranth plant, intercropped with okra plant, to determine the effects on pathogens infected diseases of both plants; root knot, mosaic virus, and leaf curl virus in a well-protected garden. Results and Discussion: After harvesting, of the two plant species, amaranth received maximum pathogen infection, forming the "Potential Eco-friendly Highly Economical Biomedicines Catch Vegetable Crop Plants," conserving "Biodiversity Conservations Sustainable Climate Health and Development with Important Socioeconomic Implications in Agriculture," though both are highly susceptible to diseases, and the farmers would be benefited double; by controlling diseases and by marketing. Conclusion: In biomedicines, the plant virus of the highly trace-tolerance amaranth-vegetables; amaranth mosaic virus, okra yellow vein mosaic virus, amaranth leaf curl virus, and okra enation leaf curl virus, have been developed as antigenic epitopes which derived for the vaccine targets COVID-19 infectious epidemic disease agents, and it is the live replicating COVID-19 "Vaccines," enriching food security green economy medical science and technology communication applications issues. Now, it is planned to publish as suggestions; the use of amaranth as biomedicines, and okra as future biomedicines, based healthy diet and greater prevention against SARS-CoV-2, by boosting our immune system which may significantly solve, "Amaranth Plant Protects Climate Health Development Socioeconomy Sciences

School midday meal depends on the quality and supply of high-quality protein vegetables-cowpea, which is not only an important nutritional food in the student's diet but also it has health beneficial phytochemicals-properties including anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, anti-hyperlipidemia, anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive properties. But plant diseases caused by pathogens, significantly reduce food production. The pesticides are the most effective means of control, but they are expensive and not environment friendly. To move forward, it will require new and more efficient solutions, technologies, products and it has to fulfil its food and nutrition requirement. Our best endeavor is to focus on the cowpea plants. In a well-protected garden of Kanchannagar D.N. Das High school, naturally-infested with root-knot diseases caused by root-knot-nematode-pathogens, cowpea was intercropped with okra to determine the effects on nematode populations. After harvesting, of the two plant species, cowpea received maximum infection which suggest that rootknot disease easily and effectively controlled by the use of cowpea plants as "Eco-friendly-Catch or -Trap or -Cover-Vegetable-Crop" for root-knot intercropped with okra plants in the naturally root-knot diseases-infested field, protecting other crops from invading larvae and increase soil fertility. The farmers would be benefited double; by controlling root-knot diseases, and by buying and selling the cowpea-okra fruits. And highly-trace-tolerance-cowpea legumes may be used, in vaccine formulations or treatments, as one of the most powerful potential-biomedicine, improving natural immunity against COVID-19, enriching science and technology communication applications food security economy. It is the most; cost-effective, easily-available, safe-edible and prepare able as well as and safe alternative to live replicating COVID-19 Social-Vaccines which restarts, a window of hope and opportunity, for future scientists-researchers to explore their research on Diagnosis and Therapies in Complementary Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Traditional Medicine, transforming nations to green their recovery the 21st-century economy in the ways forming clean, green, healthy, safe and more resilient.

Introduction:The past-two-decades have faced many-viral-epidemics. The present threat-COVID-19 causes great-loss of human-lives, change human-civilization, public health, agriculture, travel, socioeconomic, education, civil-engineering, environmental-sciences and clinical-research also. There are no proper-effective-treatmentmethods. The low-income-households, senior-citizens, and street-children are not able to manage. So the whole world as well as the Government of India tries to reorient for the COVID-19 epidemic-crisis, by developing policy-initiative. So it is emphasis on the conservation of biodiversity, agriculture, socio-economic, civil-engineering, and environmental-sciences, for preventive-measures against "21st century-various-human-diseases like COVID-19-Pandemic".Methods: In the two ecofriendly localities; rural and urban areas, where constructs or set up different types of artifi cial-nests in the building as well as in the trees, rainwater-harvesting with fi shery, and nutritional-garden, forming the common-complex-ecosystem with landscaping by trees, garden, midday-meals, store-grains reservoir's, playground, pond, and river with agriculture.Result: Various kinds of birds, rats, mice, moles, bats, squirrels, mongooses, insets, toads, snakes, and other animals, are the regular visitors. But the owls apparently act as a keystone-species within these food-chain-relationships. Rats that happen to spoil food items of mid-day-meals, store-rooms, and documents are checked by barn-owl. Bats make building dirty by their excreta are also controlled by this owl. Different pests and mongoose, which are found to signifi cantly reduce food production in agriculture, pisciculture, tsar-industries, hatcheries, and poultry-farm, are appreciably kept on top of things. And, improves midday-meal, arouses the interest of locality on ecology-food-chain-relationships-issues, and contributes to sustainable-pisciculture-pond, agriculture, and kitchen-garden-management, micro-and macro-climate issues, and also community-health also.
